Spotlight Articles
The NCL spotlights legislative advocacy efforts of adult literacy advocates nationwide. To submit an article:

1.Email a photo and a brief description of the legislative advocacy effort. State how the effort was successful; include the names of individuals in the photo.

2. Download this photo release form. Have individuals in the photo sign and return by either a) scanning and emailing the signed forms or b) by mailing the original(s) to:
